Over nine hills

Picture taken from Krvavec with tele lens. The sun was going down and the fog under us was looking beautyful until we came in it. Maybe the composition isn't so good, but the motive was amazing.

  1. Good one. A tighter crop wouldn't hurt it either (but I see that this was already taken at 250 mm...).

  2. How tight do you mean exactly, 8mp are powerful:) so the crop could be tighter. I tried wider format (panorama)to lose the sky, but I got a little confused with cropping this one. So any idea would be helpful.

  4. How tight? Very tight :)

When I opened this picture fullscreen, I was immediately drawn to this part: http://17slon.com/krama/purple_uder-crop.jpg

Almost monochromatic, almost no contrast, and a nice layer of hills in the bottom-left corner.

  5. Ok, not that powerful:) It looks very nice, but it makes completely different picture. What I wanted to make are lines of hills from left to the right edge.

  6. Yep, there's always a picture inside a picture inside a picture - and all are different.
